Dr. Xia holds an MD from Binzhou Medical School and completed postdoctoral training at Northwestern University, the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center and the Walther Oncology Center. With over 30 years of experience in tumor immunotherapy research and 15 years in biotech leadership roles in the U.S., Dr. Xia has successfully guided the market translation of multiple oncology therapies. A visionary leader, he bridges groundbreaking science with business strategy to advance cancer immunotherapy into effective clinical solutions.
Pu Wang, PhD, Co-founder, President, and R&D Director
Dr. Wang earned a PhD in Virology and Immunology from South Dakota State University and completed postdoctoral training at the University of Pennsylvania. A former professor at the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dr. Wang combines over three decades of research in tumor immunotherapy, virology, and cancer mechanisms with leadership experience in biotech. His pioneering contributions in oncolytic viruses and cancer immunotherapy reflect both academic depth and industry impact.
Jun Tang, PhD, Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Tang obtained her PhD from the University of Massachusetts and conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Pennsylvania. As a former New Century Outstanding Professor at China Agricultural University, Dr. Tang has over 30 years of experience in tumor mechanisms, viral infections, and cancer immunotherapy.
